Program Overview
E-payment allows you the flexibility
and convenience that busy schedules demand. By using online
billing, you have the opportunity to do all of the following
from any computer
with Internet access:
- View your bills
- View your account history
- View and update your account information
- Pay your bill online
To sign up for E-Payment
To sign up for E-Payment, call the
Contact
Center
at 843-208-5551 / 1-800-922-5551 or e-mail
providing the following:
- the name on the account
- service address
- account number (if available)
- phone number
We will e-mail your information allowing you to view your account(s) and pay bill(s) online via
a savings, checking account or credit cards.
The password is case sensitive. Each month you will receive an e-bill with a link that will bring you
directly to your current bill. If you forget your password you can go to password help, enter your account number
and the last 4 digits of your phone number (we must have your correct phone number in our customer database) and your password will be e-mailed to you.
Pay By Phone
To pay by phone using your credit card, call 1-866-445-5551 and follow a few easy steps.
MEMBERS MUST HAVE THEIR ACCOUNT NUMBER TO MAKE A PAYMENT BY PHONE.
Upon completion of your payment transaction, you will be given a confirmation number that you
should record and refer to when contacting Palmetto Electric.
